Saint-Petersburg. Your city is your soul!

As everyone knows, in 2018 Russia will become the host of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. This event will take place in 11 cities, including St. Petersburg. The organization of such a large-scale international event couldn’t be held without the participation of volunteers, who will represent the grandeur and hospitality of the city on the Neva to the fans and visitors of the city.

From the first of October (01.10.2017) until the end of the Championship the Center of training city volunteers, which team is involved in attracting, selecting and training people, interested in help, will be operated.

To be in our team means to get invaluable experience, to make new friends, and the most important – to become a part of the largest football celebration and to become the face of the host city Saint Petersburg!

Welcome to Saint Petersburg!

Saint Petersburg is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the cultural capital of Russia, the largest of the northern cities and the northernmost of the major cities! This city is an important economic and scientific center of the country, the third largest in Europe (after Moscow and London). According to 2016, the population of St. Petersburg is 5 225 690 people.

The city was founded by Peter I on 16 (27) may 1703 as an Outpost in the Delta of the Neva river. The big river and the Baltic sea is reflected in the emblem of the city, where two anchors – river and sea – symbolize an exceptional importance of these two geographical factors for the development of St. Petersburg.
